We had a nice night in Ginza the other day.
Dinner at "Inakaya", Japanese barbecue restaurant, was fun and tasty.
little starters.
These guys in the kitchen barbecue what you order from the menu right in front of you.
raw oyster
asparagus
beef on stick & fava beans
and of course, sake :)
This one was called "Suijin" made in Iwate prefecture,
its sharp and not-too-sweet taste goes well with pretty much everything on the menu.
especially it tastes much better with ray fins.
best scampi that I've ever had.
Afterwards, we had a little celebration for my partner's birthday.
Wish he will have another wonderful year :))
Thank you for reading.
xoxo
Yuki♪
