::Color Splash::

日本語ver. → こちら

Almost forgot to share a beautiful little thing I got at Kimono Winter Shop last month.

Color splash collar designed by Sumire Ishioka, the designer of tweed kimonos.

Midnight sewing session on my bed.....
The collar is kind of hard to handle since it is stretchy...

Tada! Isn't this beautiful?
With this collar I wore....

Deep navy blue kimono paired with

Lacey collage obi.

Mish-mash tie.

Bag : Alexander Wang

This collar definitely becomes a statement when paired with simple kimono like this.
I'm so in love with it!

Since this is made of roughly woven lace, this must go well with summer kimono or yukata, too.

LOVE!!!!!

Here are 2 other looks I did before with the same kimono↓

::Pre-Spring::

日本語ver. → こちら

As the weather gets shivering cold after the New Year, it feels like spring is almost there. I already saw some plum blossoms blooming in Tokyo.

Some of my favorite kimono designers all gathered in Laforet Harajuku to temporarily open Kimono Winter Shop, and I finally got time to visit them last weekend.

Here is the OOTD details from that day :)

Lace butterfly with pink accents.

CHOKO-san's collaged obi.

And my new lace butterfly jacket by CHOKO+agris.

I tried to keep everything simple because I was going to dinner with my friends I got to see for the first time later that day.

Shiny cherry blossoms.

Aw..... Can't tell you how much I love this beautiful romantic lace.

Tried my new dark mauve lip stick.

A couple of months before cherry blossoms bloom☆

Here are 2 previous looks with the same kimono and the jacket.

::New In:: Apr. 2015

日本語ver. HERE
It's been really warm like summer already!! It made me wanna add some new summerly things in my wardrobe. Here are some of the things I got recently.

I found three beautiful Obis at very reasonable prices.

The last one is for formal occasions. These three obis are not wearable from June to September. I'm already looking forward to wearing them from next season (fall).

This kimono was unbelievably cheap but it is made out of genuine silk. It is made to be worn in June and September when it is too warm to wear a fall-to-winter kimono.

New Zouris (shoes) that I wore at the wedding in previous post (HERE
I ordered this pair at an event where you can choose straps and a color of the bottom parts that you like. Aren't they so pretty?

And most summerly things I got this month.
Clutches by Cal

I bought the yellow one for myself.

The turquoise one is for my mother.
It was a Mother's Day gift! :)

::Shoes in my Closet:: pumps & sandals

Happy Monday, everyone :)
March is almost over and cherry blossoms are in full bloom!
Have you re-organized your closet for this spring and summer?
I put my long boots and wool coats away and get my sandals out last week.
Here are some of my favorite stilettos and sandals in my closet!

First, my stilettos!!!

Snake and studded pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti :)
I looooove these since they make my calves look higher and legs longer.
Actually I need the studded ones widened because they are a bit too tight for my feet.

Stuart Weitzman!!!

Metalic pewter pumps.
The heels are a bit lower than those by Giuseppe Zanotti.

So they are more comfortable for me to walk around for shopping.
I wore them last weekend with DIESEL jeans.

Sandals also by Stuart Weitzman.

I also love shoes from Elizabeth and James.

Unique heels by Charline de Luca.

My favorite sandals by ASH.
I have the same exact pair in black as well.

I was wearing some boots over the weekend,
and the weather was too warm for them already.

Thank you for reading.
