::Halloween Edo Week::

日本語ver. → こちら

So the theme of the show at Tokyo Edo Week was Halloween.
Actually I have never dressed crazy for Halloween in my life so I didn't know what to wear.
Maybe a kimono in pumpkin color???
But if I do that the look might be too boring....because the kimono itself is kind of semi-formal.

The entrance of the event was decorated with bamboo art by Chikaken.
The previous post about the show is HERE

So.... Here I was at the stage of the show★

Meaween Cat♡

Let's take the ferris wheel like pattern of the kimono as spiderwebs.
Halloween Party Cat Look★

The cat on my back is wearing a matching head dress with feather.

I bought this head piece years ago, and this is the first time using it!

Mauve lips and nails with cat eyes.

Instead of zouri I always wear, I wore Diesel booties with fishnet tights.

Angel Jackson box bag♡
YEAH.

With Sayumi, the owner of KIMONO BIJIN.
Thank you for giving me many experiences as a kimono influencer.

With other models from the show.
Lace and roses.

Modelling for the show gave me a chance to try new things with my kimono style.
It was also interesting to see how other girls style themselves.
Can't wait to see them again★

Here are two other looks with the same kimono↓

::Tokyo Edo Week '17::

日本語ver. → こちら

My first time at TOKYO EDO WEEK
My friend who runs a community media "KIMONO BIJIN" invited me to join a fashion show as a self-styled model at the event last weekend.
The theme of the show was "Halloween" so the models who came to the show were in kimonos with their own unique styles.

The entrance was beautifully lit up with Japanese paper lanterns.

Luckily I got my hair done by a professional hair dresser backstage before the show.

She did a great job making this cool updo with my short hair.

Hair close to the nape of my neck is really short so it is really hard to do this by myself. She taught me little tips to put short hair up like this.

READY FOR THE SHOW♡

We had 14 other models who styled themselves based on the theme "Halloween".
Let's see some of the unique styles♡

Adams family by Usakoma

::Autumn Rock::

日本語ver. → こちら

Last day of September.
On the calendar, it's the last chance to wear a hitoe kimono.

I didn't have any special plan on that day, but chose to wear my new fairy animal kimono (hitoe) and went for a window shopping in Omotesando area.

Mixed animals and flowers in purple and grey.

Hand painted flowers on my collar.

Randomly made a ribbon on my back.
The reversible obi made red and blue stand out★

For a little break, I dropped by a new green tea shop and had some delicious sweet green tea.

I was trying to find little things to add to my Halloween kimono look I'm planning to do next week, but couldn't find anything good...
Hmmmmm.... Do you have any good idea?
Hope some good idea will come up to my mind before this weekend.

The season of autumny red lips has come♡

Here are other looks with the same obi and the same kimono↓
