::Golden Orange::

日本語ver. → こちら

February is full of happy events for some of my friends.
A friend of mine whom I've known for over 10 years got married last year and she had a wedding party in Tokyo last weekend.

The party was taken place at a restaurant in casual style.
My partner and I went out in smart casual looks.

Sunny orange to celebrate and express the happy and fun mood that the bride has. Although this kimono is one of my favorites, I only wore this once also at a wedding party last time.

To add some cool feeling to the total look, I picked black items to match with the kimono.

My hair finally got long enough to be braided.
I made two braids on the bottom of my head for this voluminous updo.

TOTAL LOOK.

The party was very fun with some amazing entertainments.
Glad to see great families and friends that are around the bride.

::Steel Jungle::

日本語ver. → こちら

Casual kimono day of February.
I was going to have some drinks at a nightclub later that night, I wanted to wear a kimono in an effortless and relaxing style.

Instead of traditional under garment, I wore a turtleneck knit top.
It keeps my neck warm without a scarf.

A nightclub could be sometime very smokey so I avoided to wear silk.
100% silk free look.

This winter in Tokyo has been a bit warm and there's no need of thick coat over a kimono during the day time.

There were many foreigners at the club we went to, so my kimono stood out a bit.
It was very fun to spend a night with my friends in a relaxed mood.
