::cooking therapy::

On a day off, I like to cook something for myself or someone at home.
It lets you have some time to think, and it is relaxing.

When I have time, I make some foods in stock to make it easier to put in my lunch box for work.

And also, some sweet stuff for tea time :)

Cooking therapy once a week should be good for you :)
