Last weekend was super sunny and we felt like it's already summer.
Around this time of a year, it is really tricky to choose which kimono to wear because the tradition tells you to wear autumn-winter kimono until the end of May, but the weather is already too warm to wear it without sweating....
My friend and I were going to "Earth Day Tokyo" event at Yoyogi park last weekend to see the singer called "bird" perform on the stage.
I was debating whether or not to wear a spring kimono for this casual occasion but chose autumn-winter one this time, but in the light color for the season.

With metallic reversible obi to show the casual mood.

Under the beautiful sun, we headed straight to the stage where bird was singing. I've heard of the name a long time go but didn't recognize her until I listened to her on the stage last weekend.
It was nice listening to her beautiful songs along the acoustic guitar.
On the way to Earth Day Tokyo, I found out the brand my friends produces had a temporary shop opened on the street there.
My friend and I visit their shop and she got one of those headbands, which I have in different textiles.
It was such a fun day!!!
